Free webinar: How to get published

Published: 10. September 2019

In association with EIFL we present a free webinar How to get published, that will take place on 25/09/2019. In this webinar guest speaker, Chloe Turner, Library Trainer at SAGE Publications, will provide insight into how SAGE approaches the publication of a journal article.

Academic journals have notoriously stringent acceptance criteria, and there is a huge amount of quality research being submitted to journals every day, so how can you make sure you give yourself the best start in the publication process?

This ‘How to get published’ session will give you some great tips on increasing your chances of having a journal article accepted for publication. We will talk about key factors that impact the chances of an article being accepted for publication, such as ensuring the quality of your research methodology, choosing the right journal, preparing your manuscript, and responding appropriately to the peer-review process. By the end of the session you will have some top tips that you can use as you prepare your research for publication, and some helpful resources to help you on your journey.
