Ekonomski učinki licenciranja

Na Srečanju slovenskih konzorcijev za mednarodno znanstveno literaturo 2016 , 14. in 15.septembra 2016, z naslovom Brave New World or Challenging Reality, COSEC predstavlja učinke mednarodnega sodelovanja, ki članom COSEC prinašajo znižanje letnih naročnin in pobote na področju objave odprto dostopnih znanstvenih časopisov.

Predstavitev je potekala v angleškem jeziku z naslovom: Economic aspects of licensing guidelines and effectiveness of the first offset agreement: a case study

 Izvleček: The primary objective of the presentation is to stress the power of international cooperation in the area of economic aspects of the global research infrastructure, which is accessible in the Slovenian research institutions and academic libraries. We will illustrate the example of collaboration between different stakeholders taking into account financial benefits and savings, as well as the Slovenian scientific influence on the scholarly journals. To emphasize the international effect, the presentation includes commercial research literature and open science journals. COSEC consortium with its strategic partners implements the first offset agreement to reduce the total cost of publications.
